A 41-year-old is facing charges after failing to remain at the scene of a serious collision near Norwich Township.
On Friday afternoon, Oxford County Police responded to the collision on Oxford Road, where a pickup truck had collided with another vehicle.
As a result, police say the driver, passenger and an 18-month-old infant were all taken to a local hospital, adding that the passenger was later airlifted to a London area hospital.
Though the driver of the pickup truck fled the scene, Oxford County OPP eventually located and arrested them.
Julio Zari-Torres has been charged with three counts of dangerous operation causing bodily harm, failing to stop at an accident causing bodily harm and for failing to report the accident.
