A Norfolk County OPP Auxiliary Constable has been charged with theft.
It was determined that in the early months of 2016, and 2019, unknowns attended the Simcoe Recreation Centre and committed thefts from the men’s change room.
On Thursday, 47-year-old Todd Frederick Boylan, a five-year member of the Norfolk County OPP Detachment, was charged with eight counts of theft under $5,000.
The officer has been suspended from duty.
