Two North York residents have been charged following a theft from a donation bin in Simcoe.
Norfolk County OPP responded to reports at a Davis Street East residence at 12:40 a.m. on January 19.
The 22-year-old and 33-year-old attended the address and gained access into a donation bin that is located on the property and removed a quantity of items.
Both have been charged with theft under $5,000.
