COVID-19 has put a damper on some of our Christmas spirit, but NACL is hoping they have a solution.
On December 20th, the Norfolk Association for Community Living is hosting a free, Virtual Holiday Party through Zoom.
Stella Barker is the executive director of NACL, she says they wanted to do something special.
Barker says the special event will have everything from clowns and comedians to musicians and carollers.
“Tickets” to the event are free but space is limited.
