An incident this morning sent one Stelco employee to the hospital.
Stelco confirmed that an workplace related incident did take place at their Nanticoke facility and emergency crews were on scene to take an employee to the hospital but they had no further information to provide at this time.
They do say the incident will have no impact on their operations and they are fully cooperating with the investigation.
We are waiting on word as the what exactly transpired and the extent of the injuries the employee suffered.
