Port Dover and Area Lifeline Foodbank will be continuing to operate, though there may be some changes in format coming.
On Monday, we explained that they would continue to be open every Tuesday from 9am until 11:45am while practicing social distancing.
Speaking to Janice Martin, the foodbanks treasurer, she says they’re looking into switching to a delivery model.
Clients would be able to call the Foodbank at 519-909-2845 to set up a delivery.
If you’re able to donate, Martin suggests that all of the foodbanks in the area could use some help right now.
She adds that if you’re looking to donate to the Port Dover and Area Lifeline Foodbank, they are accepting monetary donations through the mail at P.O. Box 784 in Port Dover, N0A 1N0.
