Simcoe man to run 30-straight hours to help a boy’s dream come true

Simcoe’s Mike Mathews is getting set to lace up his running shoes for a 30-hour run for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

On the run’s official Facebook page, Mathews spoke about the boy he will be running for in hopes of granting him his wish through the foundation.

The run takes place on June 1st.

Matthews will run around the track at the Norfolk County Fairgrounds for 30-straight hours.

All money raised will go toward getting Anthony his wish.

Last year, Matthews ran across the entire county on Canada’s 150th birthday to raise funds for the Terry Fox Foundation.
