YARN BOMBING IN WELLINGTON PARK BEING CALLED A SUCCESS

A yarn bombing in Wellington Park was an overwhelming success.

This past weekend, members of Norfolk Hooks and Books Crochet Club put up bags at the Simcoe park filled with crocheted hats, scarves, and mitts for those who may need it.

Around 74 bags were attached to trees with one remaining at the end of the day.

The group says they wouldn't love to do this again in the future, just the paperwork to get it cleared by the county is the only hindrance.
