MASSIVE FIRE AT PORTER LUMBER LEAVES $3-MILLION IN DAMAGE

Around 50 firefighters battled a massive blaze at Porter Lumber near Port Dover.

Norfolk's Fire Prevention Officer Scott Pipe says the fire started in one of the finishing mills around 1-am on Tuesday.

Fire-crews from Haldimand were also called to the scene at St Johns and East Quarter Line.

No injuries reported. Fire officials peg the damage at $3-million.
