This Friday has a lot riding on it for the local metal scene here in Norfolk County. A metal show is going down at the Langton Hideaway this weekend, and if it doesn't get enough support from fans of this genre, it could be the last one Norfolk sees.

 | POLICE HAVE ANOTHER ARREST IN THE TIMOTHY BOSMA CASE

Hamilton Police have arrested a second man in the murder of Timothy Bosma. 25 year old Mark Smich of Oakville was picked up this morning after a lengthy investigation. According to police Smich was the second man who went on a test drive with Timothy Bosma in Ancaster a couple of weeks ago.

Burning Kiln Winery has been named one of the top 5 fabulous wineries to visit by the Ontario Culinary Adventure Guide. They were also featured in the Globe and Mail with a favourable write up on Wednesday. President at Burning Kiln Mike McArthur says they are delighted with the honour.

It's safe to say more than a few cottagers in Long Point won't be happy to hear this. Mayor Dennis Travale says it's time for the four hour parking limit along Erie Avenue to go.

Norfolk OPP are crediting a homeowner from stopping a couple of guys from breaking into vehicles. Police were called to Drayton Street on Tuesday around 5:00 a.m after getting the tip from the homeowner. The two men in question left the scene before police could arrive.
