A GoPro Sports Camera has gone missing from the skatepark in Simcoe. On Sunday, a Waterford teen was at the skatepark riding BMX with some friends and he set his camera down behind the railing, when he went to grab the camera it was gone.

COUNCIL APPROVES LEASH-FREE DOG PARKS FOR SIMCOE AND WATERFORD

It appears Waterford and Simcoe are on the verge of getting leash-free dog parks. Norfolk council gave the idea a thumbs up during Tuesday night's council meeting. Waterford resident Jim Elve, whose been working on the project for quite some time, was very happy council's decision.

FEAR NO MORE WALK SET TO TAKE PLACE IN JUNE

The Fear No More walk will be taking place in Simcoe June 23. This walk was started to raise awareness for victims of violent crime and domestic abuse by Jennifer Corsini who suffered at the hands of her ex-husband. We spoke to Jennifer about the walk.

A BUSY LONG WEEKEND FOR THE NORFOLK OPP

It was a busy long weekend for the Norfolk County OPP who had to deal with over 300 calls for service. Victoria Day Long Weekend means lot's of traffic in Norfolk as people come to check out popular spots like Port Dover, Turkey Point and Long Point.

AN ELECTION HAS BEEN AVOIDED AS THE NDP SUPPORTS THE MINORITY LIBERAL BUDGET

An election has been avoided in Ontario. The NDP announced this morning they will in fact be supporting the Minority Liberal Budget. MPP Toby Barrett calls this a Liberal NDP budget.

FIRE SERVICES RESPONDED TO A SMALL FIRE STARTED BY A FIREWORKS DISPLAY

Norfolk County Fire and Rescue Services responded to a fire in an area between Beckett Avenue and Cedar Drive. Friday evening, stations were dispatched to a grassy, woodland area to find a fire that had most likely been started by family fireworks.

TILLSONBURG MAN CHARGED WITH SEXUAL ASSAULT

A 62 year old man has been charged with multiple sex offences involving a 10 year old girl. 62 year old Gary Fugard of Tillsonburg was arrested Sunday without incident and was held for a bail hearing. Fugard is charged with Sexual Interference on a child and Sexual Assault.
